Ivy Kitchen + Cocktails

Ivy Kitchen + Cocktails is a restaurant and bar founded by Nya Marshall. Located in Detroit, MI, Nya's goal is to bring good quality food services and healthier eating habits to the Detroit community, which she does by preparing a high-end menu with a curated wine and cocktail list every single day. Nya came to me through the Detroit Neighborhood Entrepreneurs Project (DNEP) hoping to identify the value her business could bring to the table. As a result, Nya worked with my MKT 313: Consumer Behavior students in Fall 2019, hoping to learn more about how she can create value for Ivy Kitchen + Cocktails customers through food, cultivating spaces, and a strong sense of community.
